Responsibilities

• Learn and develop knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Assist customers with general enquiries and provide excellent service.
• Learn the sales process from initial enquiry to sale completion.
• Assist sales team with quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Develop understanding of products, brands, and applications.
• Support stock, product information, and showroom/operational duties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products under guidance.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate professionally.
• Stay updated with new products and industry developments.
• Learn from experienced team members to progress within the business.
