Job summary

Eaton in Johannesburg is seeking a Sales Manager Africa – Automotive Aftermarket to drive sustainable sales growth across IAM and OES channels throughout Sub-Saharan Africa, with a primary focus on Southern and Eastern Africa.

This role blends strategic business development with key account management and project leadership, coordinating with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions for automotive, mining, and industrial customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in Automotive Aftermarket.
• Experience across African markets; Sub-Saharan Africa preferred.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales growth strategy across IAM and OES channels in Sub-Saharan Africa, with focus on Southern and Eastern Africa.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, OEMs, and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract management; analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
