You own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
