• Experience in petrochemical/industrial sales.
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of seals, Dry Gas Seals, filtration, couplings.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management.
• Minimum 5-8 years of technical sales experience in industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies with a defined short, medium, and long-term opportunity pipeline.
• Maintain and expand strategic relationships with key industrial customers.
• Identify and convert upgrade, retrofit, reliability, and aftermarket opportunities.
• Drive growth of rotating equipment and related systems.
• Maintain forecast accuracy through CRM and opportunity management.
• Develop and implement account plans for strategic customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and engagement sessions.
• Support reliability initiatives through technical reviews and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate quotations, contracts, orders, and customer support activities.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments for growth opportunities.
• Assist with contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
• Support annual budget achievement through effective sales execution.
