Qualifications

• Matric essential.
• Post-matric qualification in administration, finance, or related field advantageous.
• Experience in retirement fund administration (1-2 years).
• Basic understanding of the Pension Funds Act, with exposure to Section 37C processes.
• Knowledge of Old Mutual products and administrative processes (e.g., Greenlight, Max Income, Max Investment, Mass Foundation Market and others).
• Familiarity with Old Mutual systems (AWD, BANCS, BIZAGI, EMS, OMUNET, etc.).
• Computer literacy (MS Office) with accurate typing and document handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Processing: Perform complex administrative tasks in accordance with SLA parameters, in a processing environment.
• Quality Assurance: Performs quality checks on own work and adheres to service/quality standards.
• Relationship Building: Build partnerships with internal staff to provide good service.
• Client Service Delivery: Respond to client queries via telephone and ensure effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance in beneficiary allocations.
