The role involves handling complex inquiries, assisting with visual merchandising, and ensuring stock presentation. You will work flexible hours, including weekends, and contribute to maintaining the store's reputation for quality products and service in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing retail role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a lead or senior associate role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Assist in maintaining store presentation, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Support the store management team with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Train and mentor new associate team members on store policies and customer service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
