Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract management or related role.
• Knowledge of contract law and negotiation principles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to assess legal/financial/operational risks.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical development processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize investigator contracts and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with approved parameters and internal processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align site activation timelines.
• Identify and mitigate contract-related risks and issues.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff as needed.
• Maintain documentation and reporting on contract activities.
• Support process improvements and country-level contract initiatives.
