Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in investment management or financial advisory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or CFA charter preferred.
• Proven track record of portfolio performance and client retention.
• Knowledge of asset classes, instruments and strategies.
• Experience with financial modeling, valuation and risk management.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of SA markets and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored investment strategies for a diverse client base.
• Conduct market research, economic analysis, and security selection.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposure, and asset allocation.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and understand goals and risk tolerance.
• Prepare performance reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with research and compliance to ensure best practices.
• Manage client expectations and provide exceptional service.
