The ideal candidate holds a quantitative degree and at least five years of experience in industrial engineering, operations research, or related consulting, with strong Excel, SQL, R or Python skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, process analysis, or operational consulting with a strong focus on quantitative analysis and process improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel advanced, SQL, R or Python).
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and simulation software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth remote analysis of client industrial processes, including manufacturing, logistics, and service operations.
• Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed process maps, flow diagrams, and performance metrics to visualize current state operations.
• Formulate and present data-driven recommendations for process enhancements, cost reductions, and quality improvements.
• Design and document optimized future-state processes and workflows.
• Collaborate virtually with client teams to gather data, understand operational contexts, and implement recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations outlining findings, analysis, and proposed solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in industrial engineering and process analysis.
• Manage multiple client engagements and projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices and knowledge sharing within the analytical team.
