Qualifications

• Extensive experience in professional janitorial services, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, sanitation procedures, and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations pertaining to cleaning operations.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage tasks remotely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for communication, reporting, and task management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and enforce comprehensive janitorial and sanitation standards for all client-associated facilities.
• Coordinate and manage on-site cleaning teams, providing clear instructions and performance feedback remotely.
• Oversee the inventory and distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-efficiency and adequate stock levels.
• Conduct remote assessments and virtual site inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any cleaning-related issues or discrepancies identified through feedback or reporting mechanisms.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supply usage, and compliance reports for management review.
