Responsibilities
- Assess clients' digital maturity and identify opportunities to leverage technology.
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies including cloud adoption and data analytics.
- Advise on selection and implementation of digital technologies and platforms.
- Lead change management initiatives for adoption of new digital processes and tools.
- Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder consultations to gather requirements and build consensus.
- Develop KPIs and ROI measurement frameworks for digital initiatives.
