Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of contract administration within a fully remote framework. The role focuses on negotiating, executing, and managing agreements to protect the company's interests and ensure compliance.

You will develop contract management processes, collaborate with legal and procurement teams, and manage contract lifecycles with a high degree of autonomy and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or administration.
• In‑depth knowledge of contract law principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with contract management software and legal documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of company contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
• Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Review contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with legal counsel, sales, procurement, and other departments to facilitate contract approvals.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of all company contracts and related documentation.
