Placements24 is seeking an experienced, strategic Remote Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee nationwide cleaning services from a virtual command center. You will develop operational strategies, manage budgets, ensure quality, and lead dispersed teams to achieve high sanitation standards.

This executive remote role emphasizes strong communication, efficiency, and client satisfaction while driving company growth and operational excellence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in cleaning operations management or facilities management.
• Proven track record in budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing remote teams.
• Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans for cleaning services across multiple locations.
• Manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and control costs effectively.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and manage remote teams of supervisors and cleaning staff.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance programs for all cleaning operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure service satisfaction.
