Placements24 is recruiting a strategic Remote Janitorial Services Manager to lead janitorial operations across multiple locations from a fully remote position. You will develop and execute comprehensive janitorial strategies, manage external vendors, and ensure high-quality cleaning services across sites.

Responsibilities include KPI-driven performance reviews, budget oversight, and development of training materials for site-level teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in janitorial services management or facilities management with a focus on remote oversight.
• Strong understanding of cleaning industry best practices, standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Proven ability in vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized janitorial programs and procedures across all company sites.
• Select, manage, and evaluate third-party janitorial service providers, ensuring contractual obligations and quality.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for janitorial services with remote performance reviews.
• Oversee budgets for janitorial services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
• Develop and deploy training materials and best practices for site-level teams.
