Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering design with focus on sustainable/green infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international registration is highly desirable.
• Experience with sustainable design principles, life cycle assessment, and environmental impact mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and familiarity with sustainable design tools or platforms.
• Ability to manage projects independently and deliver high-quality results in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of sustainable civil infrastructure projects, integrating environmental resilience and resource conservation.
• Develop innovative solutions for green infrastructure, stormwater management, renewable energy site development, and sustainable transport networks.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for remote locations using GIS/remote sensing.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and reports per international standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, environmental specialists, and other stakeholders via virtual channels.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets for assigned sustainable infrastructure projects.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and design teams working remotely.
• Research and advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge sustainable materials, technologies, and construction methods.
• Ensure all designs meet sustainability certifications and environmental performance metrics.
