Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Aviation Safety Inspector to join our client’s global aviation safety consultancy. The role focuses on conducting remote safety audits, risk assessments, and SMS development for an international client base, with reporting and training delivered entirely online.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of aviation safety experience, ICAO/EASA/FAA knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills to operate autonomously from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation safety, regulation, or operations.
• In-depth knowledge of ICAO, EASA, or FAA safety regulations and standards.
• Experience in audits, risk assessments, and SMS development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Certifications in aviation safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote safety audits and inspections of aviation operations for airlines, maintenance organizations, and training facilities.
• Analyze safety data, incident reports, and audit findings to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and implement safety management systems (SMS) and risk mitigation plans for clients.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices in aviation safety.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, findings, and action plans for client review.
• Facilitate remote safety training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain knowledge of global aviation safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote proactive safety culture.
• Manage a portfolio of clients with timely safety assessment services.
