Qualifications

• Proven track record of originating, structuring, and closing significant real estate transactions.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
• Deep understanding of the South African and Gauteng real estate markets.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.
