Qualifications

• Recent Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and contract law.
• Familiarity with cost management principles and measurement techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with cost estimating software is advantageous.
• Strong numerical, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and tender evaluations.
• Support management of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports, including progress claims and variations.
• Conduct site visits to measure work done and assess progress.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams on cost-related matters.
