Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance & Control: Develop and maintain QMS compliant with industry standards, oversee quality control processes, and implement RCA/CAPA for quality issues.
• Process Improvement & Compliance: Drive continuous improvement, collaborate with teams to enhance quality and efficiency, and ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
• Supplier Relations: Work with suppliers to guarantee raw material quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Customer Relations: Handle complaints using structured problem-solving, implement corrective actions, and manage customer audits and certifications.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train quality teams while fostering a culture of accountability.
• Regulatory & Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry regulations, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality control.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in Quality Assurance/Control within the flexible packaging industry.
• Certifications & Standards: Strong knowledge of ISO, BRC, and other quality certifications.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with statistical process control, Lean Manufacturing, and quality auditing.
• Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Skilled in RCA, CAPA, and troubleshooting production defects.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead teams and collaborate with departments, customers, and suppliers.
