This senior role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's overall quality management system. You will ensure that all products and processes meet the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will champion a culture of quality throughout the organization, working closely with all departments to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Oversee all quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and audits, ensuring product consistency and compliance.
• Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring efficient workload distribution.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and procurement teams to ensure quality is integrated at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Quality Management).
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
• Proven track record in establishing and maintaining robust Quality Management Systems .
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
