Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a senior Quality Assurance leader for a contract packing and food manufacturing business. The role focuses on leading the QA and Food Safety functions, ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include managing audits, CAPAs, non-conformances, and product release, while driving continuous improvement, reducing waste and supporting NPD projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years QA experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, contract packing or co-manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, food safety systems, audits, CAPA, non-conformance management and root-cause analysis.
• Proven leadership experience managing Quality teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience engaging with customers, managing certification audits, customer complaints, NPD projects and food safety compliance.
