Job summary

The role emphasizes test strategy, automation oversight, and collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders. A strong background in SDLC/STLC and Agile is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC/STLC, Agile environments, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of comprehensive test strategies, plans, and approaches for complex releases.
• Design, review, and maintain high-quality test scenarios, cases, and data; oversee functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Guide and support test automation efforts, identifying opportunities for efficiency and process optimization.
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, logging, prioritizing, and timely resolution; perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior Test Analysts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
