Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Significant QA leadership experience.
• Strong QA methodologies knowledge.
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr/Xray, TestRail).
• Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
• Experience with API testing (Postman).
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Define and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee all testing phases: functional, regression, performance, and security.
• Identify, document, and track defects with development teams.
• Automate testing processes where appropriate using QA tools.
• Analyze results and report on product quality and testing progress.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure test coverage.
• Contribute to continuous QA process improvements.
• Stay updated on latest QA trends and technologies.
