Qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD in Public Administration, Policy, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a specialization in public sector or government advisory.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, and change management within public entities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple complex consulting projects concurrently, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
Develop and refine strategic frameworks for organizational effectiveness and policy implementation.
Conduct deep-dive analyses into public sector operations, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior government officials and public sector leaders.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence.
