About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing various operational projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing service delivery across the organization. You will work closely with department heads, operational staff, and external partners to define project objectives, execute plans, and ensure the successful implementation of operational improvements. Key Responsibilities
