Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of financial systems transformation projects, including ERP upgrades, system integrations, and process automation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with finance and IT stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of financial software solutions, working with vendors and internal technical teams.
• Manage risks and issues proactively, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations (e.g., IFRS, SOX) and internal policies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between finance, IT, operations, and external partners.
• Manage change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes by end-users.
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant focus on financial systems implementation and transformation within the financial services industry.
