Job summary

The role provides structured project management discipline across business-as-usual, operational improvement, regulatory, reporting, risk, control, systems and transformation-related initiatives.

The position requires strong delivery ownership, governance, disciplined planning and proactive issue resolution

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' project management experience, preferably in finance or regulated environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering reporting, controls, risk, process improvement or change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, milestones, dependencies and success criteria.
• Maintain integrated plans, RAID logs, decision logs and action trackers.
• Apply agile, hybrid or waterfall methods as appropriate to the project context.
• Prepare status reports and steering committee packs for governance.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, readiness, handover and transition.
