Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee critical energy infrastructure projects in Klerksdorp. You will manage the full lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery, staying within budget, and upholding the highest quality standards.

You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, develop comprehensive plans, lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders while ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on energy infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
