Job summary

iNOVO, a leading cloud CX and contact centre provider in Africa, seeks a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across complex initiatives. You will collaborate with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and senior client stakeholders to drive value and governance.

You will apply Agile/Scrum practices, manage Jira as the single source of truth, and lead risk and status reporting while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and outcome quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP) preferred.
• Jira certification is advantageous but not required.
• Training in AI tool usage or prompt engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle using Agile and Scrum.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain Jira backlog.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder communications.
• Govern AI-augmented PM practices and reporting.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to methodology.
