Job summary

Kurtosys in Cape Town (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects, serving as the client’s main contact and trusted advisor. You will navigate complexity, manage expectations, and keep delivery on track.

You bring 5+ years of client-facing PM experience in SaaS/digital/cloud environments and a proven record delivering to enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, QA and Implementation to move work forward with quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing project management delivering to external enterprise-level clients.
• Proven delivery of SaaS, digital, or cloud projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Drive concurrent client projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Be the primary client contact: build trust, manage expectations, deliver difficult news when needed, and hold the line when it matters.
• Identify and get ahead of risks before they become problems.
• Collaborate across Product, Design, QA, and Implementation to keep delivery moving.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent client projects. You are the client's main point of contact. What You Bring:

• Cape Town-based
• Relevant bachelor's degree or BTech (Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering)
• 5+ years of client-facing project management, delivering to external enterprise-level clients
• Proven project delivery in SaaS, digital, or cloud environments
• Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously
• The ability to be warm, trusted, and firm - sometimes all in the same conversation

Bonus points for asset or wealth management exposure, a consulting background, or a PM certification.
