Job summary

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of project/programme management or consulting experience in technology-led environments.
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced settings.
• Hands-on delivery across digital workplace, infrastructure, engineering, cyber and information security domains.
• Knowledge of hybrid and agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and coaching teams on best practices.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance project management, planning, reporting and risk management.
• Strong skills in resource management, interpersonal communication, and presenting to executives.
• Ability to anticipate issues and present actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Manage five distinct teams, leading concurrent technology projects across digital workplace, infrastructure, cyber security, and IDAM domains while maintaining workstream oversight.
  
• Execute end-to-end project delivery by managing sprint planning, backlogs, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

What our client is looking for:

• Hands-on experience delivering projects across specific domains, such as digital workplace, infrastructure, engineering, or cyber and information security.
  
• Practical knowledge of hybrid and agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with the ability to coach teams on best practices.
  
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance project management processes, including planning, reporting, risk management, and team productivity.
  
• Strong capability in managing and developing project resources, paired with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present effectively to senior and executive stakeholders.
