About the Role

Our client, a respected engineering firm with a focus on sustainable infrastructure projects, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee significant projects in the Paarl, Western Cape region. This role is critical for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects, on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure development. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring dedicated presence in the Paarl office and at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple engineering projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and task completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements
