Job summary

NTT Data in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex banking and technology initiatives. You will manage end-to-end lifecycles, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

The role requires 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in banking, and proficiency with PM tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Azure DevOps. PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years within the banking sector.
• Proven experience delivering projects within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), Financial Services, or Capital Markets environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Experience managing business transformation, regulatory, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive and senior leadership teams.
