You will be responsible for technical analysis, project planning, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of energy‑saving initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in engineering, a deep understanding of energy management principles, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify opportunities for energy savings in industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities.
• Develop detailed project proposals, including technical specifications, cost‑benefit analyses, and implementation plans.
• Manage the execution of energy efficiency projects, overseeing contractors and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Monitor and verify energy savings achieved through implemented projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to promote energy conservation best practices.
• Stay current with the latest energy efficiency technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project engineering, with a significant focus on energy efficiency or energy management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of building systems, industrial processes, and energy‑efficient technologies (e.g., HVAC, lighting, motors, insulation).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with energy modeling software and M&V (Measurement and Verification) protocols is a plus.
