Formación

About the Role

This role is crucial for overseeing the successful delivery of complex building projects from conception through to completion. You will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with consultants, liaising with clients and regulatory authorities, and ensuring that designs are executed to the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional project management skills, and a keen eye for detail, with a proven ability to navigate the intricacies of commercial construction. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.


• Coordinate architectural design efforts with engineering disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and other consultants.


• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.


• Liaise with clients, developers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project progression and stakeholder satisfaction.


• Conduct site visits and inspections during construction to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.


• Manage project schedules and budgets, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

Requirements
