About the Role

Based in **Polokwane**, this role requires a seasoned professional adept at managing all facets of complex commercial projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for leading design teams, ensuring technical excellence, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of significant commercial architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and firm standards.

Requirements

• Professional Architect qualification (M.Arch or equivalent) and registration with SACAP.

• Proven experience in project management, including budget control, scheduling, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and other industry-standard design and documentation tools.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and South African building regulations.
