Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong specialization in supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive program strategy for supply chain optimization initiatives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects within the supply chain domain.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (logistics, procurement, operations, IT) and external partners to achieve program objectives.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track program progress and success.
• Identify, assess, and manage program-level risks and dependencies.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and budget management across all projects within the program.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of project managers and subject matter experts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions within the supply chain.
• Communicate program status, updates, and critical issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
