Placements24 is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor for a leading manufacturer in Kimberley, Northern Cape. You will lead production staff, oversee daily output, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

You will monitor processes, implement improvements, mentor team members, and collaborate with quality and maintenance. A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing and a Production Management qualification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Kimberley / Northern Cape is highly beneficial.
