Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven expertise in artificial lift systems (e.g., ESP, rod pumps, gas lift) and production optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of wellbore hydraulics, multiphase flow, and production facility operations.
• Proficiency in production analysis software and data management tools.
• Experience in safety management systems and risk assessment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
