Qualifications

• Design and implement artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, rod pumps, gas lift) to optimize well performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues, including wellbore problems, equipment failures, and flow assurance challenges.
• Develop and execute strategies for well stimulation and intervention programs.
• Monitor and manage production facilities and surface equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to schedule and execute workovers and interventions.
• Evaluate and recommend new production technologies and equipment for implementation.
• Prepare technical reports, production forecasts, and economic evaluations for proposed production enhancement projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations related to production operations.
• Mentor junior technologists and engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience in oil and gas production operations and technology.
• Strong expertise in artificial lift systems, production optimization techniques, and well testing.
• Proficiency in production simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of reservoir engineering principles and their impact on production.
• Experience with production facility design and operation is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to make sound technical judgments.
