You will manage production schedules, supply chain, inventory, and a remote team of supervisors, driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive production strategies and operational plans aligned with company objectives.

• Oversee supply chain management and inventory control to ensure efficient material flow and minimize waste.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of production supervisors and line workers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and production management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing remote operations and distributed teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics , inventory management, and quality assurance systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
