Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production lines and improving operational efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and health and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) or similar production management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A relevant qualification in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
