The role collaborates with the Technical Lead to define the product vision, prioritise the backlog, drive delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure governance and production support.

Qualifications

• Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst with direct line management experience.
• Collaborative, results-oriented with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for stakeholders.
• Creative solution design and ability to apply first principles thinking.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Mature EQ and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Experience in Financial Services is advantageous; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional development team and guide delivery.
• Define and maintain product vision and roadmap.
• Engage with business stakeholders and users to prioritise requirements.
• Maintain a refined backlog and run sprint planning.
• Deliver enhancements, fixes and upgrades on schedule.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead to manage technical debt.
• Provide first-line support and review solution designs.
• Ensure documentation of decisions and changes.
