A leading payments environment is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, development, and commercialization across payment solutions. The role focuses on innovation, customer experience, commercial growth, and full product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the product roadmap, identify market opportunities, analyze competitors, translate business needs into product solutions, and manage the full lifecycle.
• Lead go-to-market execution, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, oversee testing and QA, and mentor product teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/IT), 8+ years in product/strategy/innovation within fintech or payments.
• Strong knowledge of acquiring and transaction processing (card‑present & card‑not‑present).
• Proven commercial delivery, lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban/JIRA).
• Strategic, customer‑centric, strong communicator, analytical, resilient, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
