Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering in energy/chemical industry.
• Proven track record in designing and optimizing industrial processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in process simulation software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced process designs for renewable energy systems, such as solar and wind power.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic analyses for new energy projects, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Oversee pilot projects and scale-up operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues within energy generation facilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards and practices.
