This hybrid position combines on-site problem-solving with the flexibility of remote work for analysis and planning. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of major process improvement projects across the organization.
• Utilize advanced Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for process upgrades.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff in problem-solving and project execution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
