Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic process improvements, including Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

• Design and oversee the implementation of new manufacturing systems, equipment, and workflows.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI calculations for proposed engineering projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
