Job summary

Expleo South Africa is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our Johannesburg hybrid team. You will map, model and optimize end-to-end enterprise business processes, provide expert guidance, and lead or support process improvement projects across banking and digital transformation initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, apply BPMN and process-mapping tools, ensure on-time delivery, and help build reusable assets while mentoring colleagues and driving measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Business Analysis or Business Process Engineering training/certification; Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maps full business processes and implements solutions for technological and process improvements.
• Identifies relationships and linkages with data; anticipates issues and root causes.
• Elicits and discovers requirements from key stakeholders and selects techniques for elicitation.
• Develops a network to support client engagements and adds value for the client.
• Provides inputs on effort estimation; trains and builds competency within the practice.
• Supports developing domain reusable assets and repositories.
