Job summary

DeARX Services (Pty)Ltd in Sandton is seeking a Senior Process Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to drive enterprise business processes and lead complex transformation initiatives.

You will document processes, facilitate workshops with stakeholders up to executive level, and collaborate across IT and business teams to map, plan, and implement BPM solutions using BPMN, Aris, Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Enterprise Business Process Management.
• Experience facilitating workshops with business users up to executive level.
• Skilled in scoping, sizing, and planning all business aspects of a solution.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Process Engineering.
• Knowledge of BPMN and experience with process mapping tools like Aris.
• Exposure to business process transformation and integrating technologies.
