Job summary

Principle Project Manager - Built Environment seeks a seasoned professional to lead complex projects in the built environment. You will manage programs, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and oversee contracts and budgeting to ensure client satisfaction and compliant delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic stakeholder engagement, tendering, and infrastructure project delivery within a dynamic consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc, Beng, or BTech qualification in the Built Environment.
• Project Management related qualification will be an added advantage.
• Postgrad in Project Management, Business, or Legal related studies will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
• Manage cost, commercial matters, quality, resourcing, scheduling, and technical matters during the project lifecycle to meet client's requirements.
• Compile and review contracts and agreements (JBCC, GCC, NEC, FIDIC).
• Build and maintain external stakeholder relationships through networking, ongoing communication, and pitching ideas.
• Project and Programme Management, Contract Administration.
• Manage multi-disciplinary professional service providers.
• Coordinate and integrate activities internally and externally.
• Source new work and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Provide technical advice to clients, especially regarding infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation for planning and implementing infrastructure and housing projects.
• Budgeting and maximizing sustainable revenue streams.
